The Municipality of Auronzo di Cadore (located in Via Roma n. 24 – 32041 Auronzo di Cadore (BL), as proprietor of the treatment of personal data (hereafter “Proprietor”), releases the current informative document to the Person of Interest with regards to the European and Italian protocol in reference to the protection of personal data.
The Municipality of Auronzo di Cadore has entrusted the service of acquiring reservations and payment for parking in the area of the Tre Cime di Lavaredo, available on the portal https://pass.auronzo.info in reference to the current informative document, to the company Abaco Spa (legal headquarters located in Via Fratelli Cervi, 6 – 35129 Padova (PD), Fiscal Code / VAT identification number 02391510266; e-mail: info@abacospa.it; Certified electronic e-mail: info@cert.abacospa.it; e-mail DPO (Data Protection Officer): dpo@abacospa.it) and has provided their company name to those Responsible for the treatment of personal data as per art. 28 of Reg. UE 670/2016 (GDPR).

The current informative document completes and integrates the conditions of usage of the payment service for the parking passes through the portal https://pass.auronzo.info illustrating specifically and in detail how the Proprietor will treat the data furnished for registration to the portal. It is advised, therefore, to examine carefully the conditions of usage available in the portal.
The Proprietor manages the personal data to allow the User to take advantage of the requested service and payment of the parking passes in the Municipality of Auronzo di Cadore through the dedicated portal, to accomplish all related administrative, accounting, and fiscal activity, and to fulfill in general all legal obligations that the Person of Interest is responsible for: the legal basis of the treatment is based upon the necessity of the pursuit of the above written purpose.
The Proprietor will process the furnished data for only the minimal amount of time necessary to furnish the service and in any case for no more than 1 month from the formal request of cancellation of the service by the registered User, except for prolonged conservation for an amount of time necessary to define (however arrived at) regarding controversies which have potentially arisen and/or ulterior timing foreseen from time to time by rules and regulations on the subject.
The contribution of data is optional. If refused completely or partially it will not permit the Proprietor to pursue / complete the above indicated purpose.
The Proprietor will not share the data, but intends to communicate it to those internal positions authorized for the treatment of data in reference to their respective jobs, as well as to service companies nominated and responsible for the objective of the treatment of data by contract or other legal basis.
Personal data will not be regulated as an object to transfer towards Non European foreign countries nor towards international organizations. The Proprietor of the treatment could however need to carry out said transfer within the scope of connections with commercial partners present outside the European Economic Area, also regarding the utilization of IT services (cloud, backup, etc.): in such cases the data transfer will proceed in conformance with the specific requirements foreseen by the protocol regarding personal data.
The Person of Interest has the right to make a request to the Proprietor for the possibility to access their personal data and correct it if it is inaccurate, to cancel or limit the treatment if prerequisites are found, to oppose the treatment for legitimate interests pursued and prosecuted by the Proprietor, as well as to obtain the exchange of data personally furnished as only the object of an automated treatment based upon consent or contract.
